3-Bedroom Apartment, Bairro Liceu, Setúbal

Our first project in Setúbal is the refurbishment of a 3-bedroom flat in Bairro do Liceu.

Located in typical 1970's building with a concrete structure, our approach for this developer lead project was to reopen the East and West facing balconies and to demolish the 'decorative archway' in the living room, creating in this way a much brighter and modern apartment.

Built-in wardrobes were added to the two larger bedrooms using the same grey colour palette which was used for the kitchen and new bathroom. The entrance space was also reconfigured, adding two sliding doors which give access to the 'public spaces' of the flat whilst a full height pivot door conceals the 'private' bedrooms.
