FASVS 2.0
Lisbon, Portugal | 2009-11

Located in the heart of Lisbon the FASVS Museum, a converted building from an old silk factory by Architects Richard Clarke and José Sommer Ribeiro, is dedicated to the life and work of one of Portugal's greatest artists Maria Helena Vieira da Silva and her husband Arpad Szenes.

As part of small exercise to reconfigure the Entrance, Shop and Cafe we proposed to expand the museum out into the public gardens (completing that which had originally been envisioned in the original conversion) and creating a new link to the artist's studio in a neighbouring building.
