DEAR FUTURE
Lisbon, Portugal | 2013

Dear Future explores postcards as a media for memory and focused on re-imagining Lisbon in 100 years time. To signal the Paris Universal Exhibition of 1900, an obscure commercial artist called Jean Marc Coté conceived a series of drawings that conveyed his vision of the world in the year 2000, Dear Future is inspired by this event and invited 10 architects, illustrators and designers (as well as the wider public) to give us their vue of the future. It was exhibited at FASVS Museum and the postcard collections were put on sale at several major bookstores and museums.
