Rua Almeida Garrett 69A, in Setúbal, is the refurbishment of an existing 1960s building to provide modern 2-bedroom flats for the rental and sales market. The project focuses on redesigning the outdated façade, giving it a fresh new image. For the interiors we worked with a reduced palette of colours and natural finishes, which refer back to the building’s façade and also allows the occupants to personalise their own spaces in the future.
