The project is a conversion and refurbishment of an 18th Century manor house, with a modest extension in keeping with the original building, to create six different apartments. Each apartment has its own very unique character, making the most of the large vaulted ceilings, original tiles, or access to terraces and patios. 

 

Although our scope on this project was initially to carry out contract administration and site supervision for a project originally designed by Arqto. Carlos Pietra Torres, as is often the case with refurbishment projects, some decisions can only be made on site, so our role was then expanded to include working closely on the design with the original architect.
